Indian Fusion Cooking


Are you a foodie, passionate cook or enjoy global cuisine? If so, this Indian-fusion cooking class is for you.

Learning with chef Sareta Puri, this two-day course covers a range of recipes as well as more about ingredients, techniques and the story of certain foods.

Dishes will include black lentil daal, aloo tikki (potato) burgers, spiced fritters, seasonal curry, chapati (bread), mango lassi (yoghurt drink), crackers, and a sweet sensation, plus more to be announced on the day.

You'll also explore meal planning, budgeting and how to create nutritionally balanced yet exciting and delicious meals. If you don't like spicy food, that's ok as everyone works to their spice preferences.
